Adequate
Adequate but thin, they do the job for the price, I prefer the HG collars.

Broken right after warranty ends
These evidently have a two year warranty. Mine broke in under 3 years of use in a single person home gym. I don't abuse my weights. I set them down gently. The handle on one broke while unclipping it during a normal workout. I would have spent less money buying a cheap pair of clips on Amazon every year instead of buying these.

Alright, but not exceptional.
Been using these for a solid year or so of repeated use. Very solid construction, light weight and easy to take on and off the bar. I only really have a few issues with these collars. The first being they do not fit a majority of bars that aren't made by Rogue or don't have the exact dimensions of Rogue barbell sleeves. What I mean is that while they do slide on and off most bars I've tried them on, when they are latched down, they do not grip the barbell. I'm able to slide them along the sleeve and on some I can even completely remove them while latched. However, when on a Rogue bar, they fit like a glove. They function really fantastically for squats and deadlifts but they aren't worth a darn on deadlifts. Rogue explicitly states that they will hold a firm grip, even through repeated, high impact drops. I don't do many lifts that involve high impact drops, with deadlifts being my worst offender. These collars hold the weights on the bar for 2 to 3 reps before they work themselves loose. This is from controlled drops from the top of the deadlift, much like those seen in powerlifting meets. This is not a careless release of the bar from standing or from overhead. I am doing deadlifts on a deadlift platform with impact absorbing rubber tiles on top of wood, on top of thick rubber flooring on a concrete slab. While having to stop after my set to push the weights back in and latch the collar back down is slightly annoying, it's manageable These collars are miles better than your standard spring collars, but the fact that these collars are $35.00 and cannot even hold through a set of more than 2 reps despite being blatantly advertised as being able to keep their grip through high impact drops was more than enough to warrant a 2 star review from me.

Light and mighty!
I bought these for Christmas for my boyfriend and he’s over the moon about them! I was surprised about how light they were when they came in, and he just keeps them in his pocket between sets. They function beautifully and he’s gotten a lot of wear out of them already :)

Very Light but Very Strong Hold
The pair weighs just 5 ounces but the hold is strong. I use them on an EZ Curl bar and they don't take up much space but hold very well.

Was expecting a better quality
It's a pain to close and open the collars and they don't even work properly with heavy weights

Good Retainer
The retainer works on a third party, low cost, 2" Olympic bar. It holds well. Has no fitment issues. You do need to fully open the clasp 100% to move them (expected). Reasonable cost.
