Excellent BarI bought this bar for building back up after surgery for an injury. It's been perfect. It's well built, spins very well, and it's tough. I've been using it for six months now - not one problem.
As with any Rogue product - don't hesitate to buy it. It's worth it.

Excellent for training snatches and OHSI'm terribly weak in my snatch and OHS strength. So much so that using regulation bars used to pose serious technique problems. This bar has changed all that. Not only does it give you the slight bit of resistance you need to really practice and feel the movements (unlike PVC), but it's actually a really strong bar and can take small amounts of weight, be dropped, and stand up to it. I've put it through serious abuse for a while now and other than lots of chalk marks, it shows no signs of damage. If you need to get the feel of doing snatches or cleans from the ground with bumpers but a regulation bar is too much, this is for you. I wish I'd had it from the beginning. And the knurling is pretty aggressive so it'll definitely toughen up your hands. I promise you won't regret buying it.

Great TrainingThis is great for the people starting out with complex lifting moves. Allows for low weight to solidify form. It may seem like lower quality than a standard Rogue Bar (I still flinch when it takes abuse), but it has held up strong. The little bar that likes to run with the big dogs. Great for multiple purposes, not just practice.
