Worthy of the Rogue name, these Aluminum bars are excellent for training technique with Olympic Lifting.
These bars will see a very heavy amount of use as in any environment as the athlete progresses from a light bar to a Men’s or Women’s weightlifting bar
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Sleeve length: 9 1/8”
- Distance Between Collars: 52”
- Diameter: 28MM
- Knurl Type: Olympic
These bars are built with the same distance between collars as the competition bars. This will allow the athlete to maintain proper grip position as they progress!
Many times these are referred to as an "Alumilite" bar due to the aluminum construction. The difference is that we have knurled them with the competition knurling!
