An inexpensive solution to a bar for group training!
GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR AGAINST BENDING AND/OR COLLARS FALLING OFF BY MANUFACTURER
The Beater bar is a 31 MM bar with no center knurling and has Olympic knurling marks. The shaft is black zinc and the sleeves are bright zinc coated.
This bar is not made for competitive olifts, it is meant to be the bar that takes a high rep beating where the diameter of the shaft is not essential.
The sleeve is assembled with a pin design

I was in love with this bar from the moment I removed it from the packaging. From the quality of the one-piece sleeve construction to the perfect depth and sharpness of the knurling and the wonderful black oxidized finish, everything about this bar is great. For $165 bucks, you can't do better. I'd pay 2x as much for this bar if I had to!Great bar for a great price

I did not have an issue with the bar diameter and just recently started using the rouge bar in a gym and had to get used to a smaller diameter but the transition was minimal. Me and my workout partners put this thing through hell almost everyday. It actually is starting to look better with a little wear and tear. For the price you can't beat this bar however if I could change one thing it would be the diameter of the bar. If your used to using smaller diameter bars this will be a bit getting use to. especially if your heavy lifting from the floor.
