An inexpensive solution to a bar for group training!
GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR AGAINST BENDING AND/OR COLLARS FALLING OFF BY MANUFACTURER
The Beater bar is a 31 MM bar with no center knurling and has Olympic knurling marks. The shaft is black zinc and the sleeves are bright zinc coated.
This bar is not made for competitive olifts, it is meant to be the bar that takes a high rep beating where the diameter of the shaft is not essential.
The sleeve is assembled with a pin design.

Awesome Bar!
Review by Pretty MFQualityLove this bar , as others have stated before its a little bit thicker. If you're like me and have been using the regular bars for years, then a great challenge, feels funny at first but once you start banging away its a non factor. Bottom line it's money well spent in my book. Few bless but no big deal, I sort of like that it adds to the garage gym feel. Shipping is A+... The bar is a little bit thicker diameter then the other bars i have which are not high quality bars at all, the knurl is badass! With some chalk i had no loss of grip doing high rep snatches, Having cheap bars that the sleeve hold screw loosens with high reps,I was a bit worried that that the sleeves were attached with a pin set up, having a bar that the end bolt keeps unthreading.But I was pleased to see that this bar wasn't attached that way, it seems that the main bar runs all the way to the end thru the sleeve and the pins attach on the sides of the sleeves almost unnoticed. The spin is decent, not fluid like a high end bar, but still better then most, I think with some extra lubrication it might up the spin. I am very impressed with the functionality of the bar, just from the initial look it looks like it will hold up to high rep action. I think the name says it all, and I plan to give it a beating in the near future. Working on a budget, this is the way to go, I hope to be able to get the rogue bar also to add to the gym. but if the beater holds up I may just invest in another one of these for the garage gym.Thumbs up!!!| Review for: Rogue Beater BarGood price, good bar.

I would like to note for everyone though that this bar is not a 28.5mm bar. Just so everyone knows. So, it is a bit thicker but after a bit you just get used to it. Great choice for my budget, the only downfall is the diameter of the bar, it was totally different from the 28mm ones. I work out daily heavy and dropping this sucker from top position and it does hold up nice. It is loud as someone mentioned. I've also noticed that these bars, when dropped, are loud as hell. I mean, they sound super "tinny". I was in love with this bar from the moment I removed it from the packaging. I did not have an issue with the bar diameter and just recently started using the rouge bar in a gym and had to get used to a smaller diameter but the transition was minimal. Me and my workout partners put this thing through hell almost everyday. It actually is starting to look better with a little wear and tear. For the price you can't beat this bar however if I could change one thing it would be the diameter of the bar. If your used to using smaller diameter bars this will be a bit getting use to. especially if your heavy lifting from the floor.
