Great for tracking minor flaws

This journal is great for tracking workouts and your performance. I like the cliff notes style diagrams for fundamentals. My only beef is in the work out sections there are mistakes with the workout description for example Hero WOD Pheezy is missing the 18 T2B. but other than that it is still a great buy. and i would recommend it.

Starting to travel, this is a must!

I have been doing CrossFit for about a year, and have been doing a really good job of keeping track of my workouts on Wodify at my Box. I recently got a job with Progenex where I will be traveling to a large amount of boxes all over the country and really wanted to be able to take my info with me so I could keep track of everything when I'm not at my home box.

When I first opened it up I was really impressed with how well laid out the Benchmarks are; Hero's/Girls/etc. there is ample room to fill in your PRs and add a lot of lifts to that. the pages throughout 2/3's of the book that are graphed will be awesome for showing improvement and tracking WODs over a long period of time.

Essential for any new Crossfitter

I recently just started training Crossfit and bought this book to so I could have a bunch of WOD's readily available. This book's got it all! Apart from having all of the famous and benchmark WOD's, it also gives you grocery lists and explains how to eat your meals throughout the day. Definitely the most important part for me.
