Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must if you're worried about your knees.... I love going heavy on my leg presses, but recently I've started feeling a little discomfort in my knees. I'm not sure why I didn't buy these sooner, but I'm glad I have them now. I've tried the 200cm and felt I could use some more support, so I purchased the 250cm. I couldn't be happier with today's leg day (See photo for proof). After today's sessuon, I had no discomfort after leg pressing 24 (45 pound plates + sled) for a full and solid 10 reps. I will say this though, do not wrap too tight, as you will begin to cutoff circulation to your legs. I guess you'll just have to experiment to find you sweet spot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not buy again Knee wraps should not have Velcro also, the elasticity is extremely weak. They are not even as strong as the Rogue Wrist Wraps. I would not attempt to use them if I was going to squat more than 12 #.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Utilise this for overload training These wraps are perfect for an overload on your squat, even if you don't power lift. Think slingshot for your knees, when wrapped super tight I can't even hit parallel unless I have 400 pounds on my back. Think spotter assistance without the spotter, but allowing safety and support on your knees. Be careful these will allow you to handle weights not capable without wraps, they allow me to overload my max by nearly 100 pounds, making it perfect for core focus on your squat day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for squats, not oly Bought these to try out instead of my rehband knee sleeves. These are the first wraps I've ever tried and I can say they are great for low repetition squats (think 5 or less reps) I've successfully used them for hitting one rep clean and jerks but if your thinking of doing doubles forget about it! By the time you go through even one clean and jerk your legs will be begging to take these off. Overall I would say they are a great training tool when going for squat maxes but not in general training, due to the time spent wrapping and unwrapping between sets.
