The Rogue Power Bar is a polished 28.5 mm bar with center knurling and single powerlifting knurling marks. This bar has the same great hybrid knurling that has made Rogue bars famous.
The steel shaft is carefully coated with bright zinc then hit with a second black zinc coating that gives the bar a old school feel. There are no other bars like this on the market.
Black zinc sleeves with snap ring design.

Great Bar

The knurl is great - just the right amount of 'bite' to get a good grip in hand or not slide on your back. Finish is outstanding. Collars roll very smoothly. The bar rocks! Perfect for training on the “Big Lifts” yet good for just about anything else. I’m not a Crossfiter or a power lifter. I just want a simple, high quality bar that can take a beating. The Power bar is a perfect fit!
excellent bar for the money

Really quality product, great looking bar. I am a smaller guy and train the big 3 lifts, so this is perfect for that for the price. Review by JasonQualityI'm an intermediate level powerlifter with a 1600lb total who was looking for a good all around bar to use in my home gym. I wanted a quality bar that was stiff enough to handle heavier squats but still had a little whip for heavy deadlifts. This bar works very well for that. I use a Buddy Capps texas power bar at my gym which has almost no flex which is great for squats and bench but not as good for deadlifts where you want the bar to give a little. The rogue power bar strikes a great balance. My only wish would be for the rogue bar to have a slightly more aggressive knurl for heavy deadlifts. Most people will be fine using chalk however. I took a gamble on this bar to replace the one I had picked up in a set from Fitness Avenue (FA). The brass ring under the collar on the bar would pop out when I would do cleans, deadlifts, or look at it funny. I asked around to see if anyone I knew had any experience with Rogue bar and the only feedback I received was that the knurling was heavy but they were decent so I decided to take a gamble. So far I am very impressed. It is a great feeling bar and much easier to whip around on cleans than the one I was using previously. The knurling is heavy but not unruly. Previous to this bar the best one I had personally used was an Ivanko. I took it for granted that the gyms I worked out in invested a lot in providing quality products for their clients. Thanks Rogue for making a great product and for the speedy replacement of the incorrectly shipped bar.Decent quality bar..

Review by RyanQualityI got the power bar specifically for high rep training. Its a solid, dependable bar for all around use but excellent for my purposes. I don't like getting the sweat from heavy 20 rep sets on my bare steel bars and don't like chalk for that kind of training. The Power Bar has an excellent coating and grip for such things.
