CAUTION: THESE WILL BUILD INSANE INTENSITY INTO YOUR LIFTS!

This is the only shoe on the market with a ½" heel - Designed for athletes that want something between Chuck Taylors and an OLY shoe.

The ½" Rogue Do-Win retains all the same great characteristics that have made the Do-Win a classic.

Rogue Weightlifting shoes are warrantied for 30 days. These shoes are made for weightlifting only because of the soles rigid design. Doing movements such as box jumps, sprints, jump roping, and anything else that will cause extreme flex to the sole will compromise the integrity of the shoes.

Heavy Duty strap system.

Men: Sizing seems to run normal so order your normal shoe size

Women: Suggest Dropping down 1.5 sizes from posted Men's Size

If these shoes do not fit, just send them back and we will send you a new pair!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent weightlifting shoe I am a novice lifter and have been lifting barefoot and using Chuck Taylor's. These shoes are superior in their performance. They are worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes Worth the money, very nice, love the lower heel of 1/2 instead of the usual 0.75 or more. Really stable, and fit, also love the finish, color and the not too long straps

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredibly stable. I won't say these improved my lifts but they drastically improved my stability during my squats, dead lifts, and overhead presses. They are totally worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoe! Great Service! This is my first Olympic lifting shoe and I absolutely love it! Boy what a difference these things make. Many thanks to Rogue for working with me on getting the right size. Turns out I just needed my regular man's size (subtract 2 from women's size).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Love it Love it!! First time with weightlifting shoes and already hit PR's. Very stable and feel much stronger. I bought 4.5 (I take 6 women's) and fit well but feel like I need to break them in a little bit. I wouldn't go any more than 1.5 sizes down from women's sizes. Good quality and worth the investment. My only regret is not buying them sooner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice upgrade from the Rips "SS" guy here, I'm impressed by the quality and craftsmanship, they look pretty STURDY and feel great. The color will take some getting used to, as I grew accustombed to the discreet appearence of the Rips. A tad too roomy, I recommend ordering 1/2 a size down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not buy again This is my second set of Rogue shoes, the first set was the 3/4 heel black ones. On both sets the bottom layer of sole near the heel is coming off. I didn't think much of it with the first, just thought it was a fluke and kept on glueing them. Now these started to do the same. Contacted Rogue and because it was past the 30 days they say there is nothing they can do. So if you lift 3 days a week (I only use them for my Olympic lifting). You basically have 12 days to try them out. Besides that they are OK. If you are dead set on getting these order half to full size smaller and buy some shoe glue. I would say spend the extra couple of bucks and get the Pendley Do-Wins,

Rated 2 out of 5 by from You pay for what you get The shoe itself fits about 1/2 size below what I wear in a Nike sneaker. The shoe gets the job done, although I did have two problems with it. One was the laces - on both shoes, the laces snapped within 2 months of use. I had to go out and buy much sturdier laces that can handle being yanked as tight as possible. The second, and much larger problem, was that the soles of both shoes started to peel at the toe. On one shoe, this started in about 6 weeks, just after my 30-day return window. The peeling was bad enough that I had to go out and buy shoe-goo, which works fine, but should not be necessary for a shoe you're paying $120 for. After about 6 months of use, the other shoe's sole started to peel as well, so I now have shoe-goo on both of them. Although the shoes themselves get the job done, and I'm a fan of the 1/2 inch heel over the 3/4 for my everyday gym use, I would likely not buy these or the 3/4" black model again, based on my experience with the soles peeling
