Rated 5 out of 5 by from Far more effective than expected After a decently frustrating battle with tendonitis in both forearms/elbows, this contraption became worth a try... It's fantastic. Similar effects may be achievable with your lacrosse ball, but not as easily or efficiently as with this. The convenience factor alone makes it worth it. I felt relief after using it lightly on the first day, but progress became far more apparent after the second and third days. It's simply part of the regimen now. Again, not only is it effective in it's own right, it's convenient, which means you can easily remain diligent in your therapy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Climbers!! This healed my tendonitis in both my elbows, and in general provides great relief for my forearms and tendons after climbing. Used to only be able to climb twice a week but now I can more frequently. Highly recommend for climbers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the cost Highly recommend by my therapist. Considering the cost of weekly therapy, this tool is a bargain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but overpriced I bought this last year. It does work for getting into those forearm muscles - even better than leaning on a lacrosse ball. However, I just couldn't justify the hundred dollar price tag for something that only works on one muscle group - had to send it back. If you have chronic forearm pain and a spare hundo lying around (or see a used one at a discount), this is the tool for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works better than it looks I have battled severe tendinitis in both elbows for nearly 10 years. Armaid is part of a long list of products I have tried and finally a product that does what it says. I will say you might not want to use it at the gym unless you have some pretty thick skin cause the looks and comments are pretty thick. But they can say what they want cause it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job! My right forearm was trashed from chin ups, pull ups, toes 2 bar, dips, and handstand push-ups. This forearm issue led to inner elbow pain and tendinitis. Rolling out my tight forearm has been tricky because it's difficult to get the correct angle. I have been using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and a barbell and contorting my body to get the correct angle. The Armaid perfectly addresses this need for rolling. You can adjust the angle of the armaid as well as your forearm. You can roll both sides of your forearm as well as your biceps and triceps. I am so happy to have this tool. It's easy to use and I can dig into my trigger points with ease and accuracy. I would recommend getting the orange roller ball. The white and gray 3 ball attachments that come with it do not provide enough pressure to release the muscle( and I am not a big guy with huge forearms... I am a woman with relatively small forearms). This is an expensive product, but well worth the price if you have forearm/tendinitis issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from total game changer I tore my hands and arms up slowly, yet thoroughly, over the years. I reached the tipping point and had to do some serious mobility on my arms and hands. This weird looking thing has radically changed (for the better) my arm and hand function. Can't speak high enough praise for it. It is also the single best bicep and tricep mobility tool I've ever encountered. Amazing. You look like a total goon using it in public. Haha. Worth it. Be careful though--I totally rocked the extensors on one forearm and had intense bruising and pain for a while. Ease into it. It is a powerful tool. I'd like more types of atachements for it, but this is a pretty minor thing.
