  • The soft foam roller on one side and firm massaging balls on the other work simultaneously decreasing irritation & tightness of tendons.
  • Easy to use and portable.
  • Comes with a 10yr warranty & instructional DVD with different massaging techniques.

  • Additional orange roller attachment available for deeper muscle tension relief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from total game changer I tore my hands and arms up slowly, yet thoroughly, over the years. I reached the tipping point and had to do some serious mobility on my arms and hands. This weird looking thing has radically changed (for the better) my arm and hand function. Can't speak high enough praise for it. It is also the single best bicep and tricep mobility tool I've ever encountered. Amazing. You look like a total goon using it in public. Haha. Worth it. Be careful though--I totally rocked the extensors on one forearm and had intense bruising and pain for a while. Ease into it. It is a powerful tool. I'd like more types of atachements for it, but this is a pretty minor thing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Product The Armaid helped me quite a bit with some forearm and elbow pain, likely due to years of working at the computer.
