AbMat Handstand Push-Up Pad

For years, gyms around the world have utilized the original AbMat as a helpful layer of protection for the head and neck during handstand push-ups. Now, with the AbMat HSPU Pad, several new design features have been introduced with this specific purpose in mind.

Along with offering a 2” thick layer of protective padding, the AbMat HSPU Pad includes arched cut-outs on each side of the pad, ideally suited for the placement of bumper plates. This design allows athletes to set a consistent hand placement while also keeping both the plates and AbMat in a stable, reinforced position. Multiple plates can be stacked on each side of the pad to train deficit movements, as well.

The AbMat HSPU Pad features a durable foam construction and is made with pride in the USA. This model is built exclusively for use during handstand pushups (HSPU) and is not intended for sit-ups / ab work like the original AbMat.

Handstand push-ups and other inverted movements involve considerable risks, and some injuries may not be prevented.
