Grippy X Sleeves are sold in pairs, and are approved by the U.S. Powerlifting Association. They can deliver effective support and warmth during any part of a workout regimen, and are particularly beneficial for athletes rehabbing from an injury or dealing with recurring knee pain. As the compression helps alleviate stress on the joint, many lifters experience the “sling shot” effect of being able to lift 30 to 60 LBS more than they could before.
