My wife and I opted to get the Monster Lite 690 Rack setup and have no complaints. We wanted to buy once and cry once, and purchase a top-of-the-line product that could be trusted. We expect this to last quite a while. While it is expensive up front, it is more enjoyable to lift on a premium setup and will undoubtedly put us in a better health position going forward, which will save in the long run. The fit and finish were excellent, and not a single bolt was missing. I assembled this by myself. If you've ever worked with any type of tools or assembled furniture, etc., there is nothing to it...just take your time and follow the directions. Once you get the sides built (snugged up, but not fully tightened on the bolts), the only slightly dicey part was setting each side upright and balancing them (they'll stand up on their own) carefully avoiding bumping either side with the crossmember as it we being put into place. As mentioned, the fit and finish were superb, so I simply measured slightly more than the crossmember width of 43" and squared it up, leaving a slight gap so I could pop a bolt through on one side temporarily and the do the same on the other side, leaving a slight bit of play to not inadvertently knock down the other side with the crossmember while setting it. Then flip it up and square up the base and tighten it up. Once that is done, you're home free. I didn't time the setup, but would estimate it took roughly 6-7 hrs doing it solo start to finish, including unboxings and organizing parts. And my forearms were sore for 4-5 days afterwards from all the ratcheting. I opted for the biggest version to allow for the most room inside the cage. I also got 2 extra crossmembers/stabilizers, which I would recommend. It felt adequate the way it came, but once I attached the extra crossmembers this thing was rock solid with no need to bolt down. There's plenty of room for attachments. We added a dumbbell rack, matador, GHD, wall ball setup, and a landmine attachment for now and have plenty of variety as far as exercises that can be done utilizing just the rack portion alone, much less free weights outside of the cage. Lastly, I have to give a shoutout to R&L Carriers. They called and arranged the date of delivery and there was no timeslot crap. The guy said he'd be there at a certain time and that's when he showed up. He was courteous and had an electric pallet jack which was able to bring the entire oversized pallet from the road right up the driveway to my garage door, which save me from having to bring each box up the driveway.

This has got to be the best power rack I've ever used.  The 690 model has plenty of walk-out room for squats.  I highly recommend buying this with numbers, eliminating guesswork when adjusting J-hooks or straps. It comes with 6 weight standards and UHMW padded j-hooks so you don't destroy your knurling on your barbells.

The only thing I wish I had was an additional stabilizer kit to add to the bottom rear of the machine, I added one to the top.

Unbelievably stout and tough squat rack. I ordered the forward addition for plate storage, but it may not be necessary depending on your setup. There is more than enough room on the rack, itself, to secure the plate holders (if they can be bought separately). The rack is sturdy enough to not need the front addition for stability and tip prevention--which was another concern of mine. ***Pay attention to the height, as I barely got this in my garage below an exposed footer that runs the width of the space. 100% satisfied with the rack. Rogue wins again!

I just picked up a used RML-690c rack and it’s very impressive. It was easy to re-assemble without directions.

Just added this to the garage gym, and it it the perfect center-piece to the gym.

I ordered the rig about two months ago. But a with to little bolts and no washers and nuts. I contacten Rogue, and they have send over the bolts but no nuts and washers. I've asked for this again but havn't got a reply jet. So we couldn't proparly use the rig jet.

This Rogue Rack is bulletproof and built to last a lifetime. I have customized mine a bit and I’m super happy with it. My son and I are grateful to have it.
