Sizing Your Rope (Tools Needed: Tape Measure & Wire Cutters):
Steps:
- 1. Unpack Speed Rope
- 2. Measure out desired length of wire (not including handle)
- 3. Cut wire
- 4. Thread through the loose handle.
- 5. Attach the collar at the loose end and tighten screw with allen key supplied.
- 6. Pull wire back into handle and insert end cap.
