Rogue Equipped Facility Tour – CrossFit 179 in Swansea, UK

Welcome to CrossFit 179, a large, well-organized CrossFit affiliate in Swansea, Wales, in the UK. Owner Johnny walks through a space designed to handle high-volume classes without feeling crowded, split into two main training halves with dedicated conditioning lanes featuring 12 rowers, 12 SkiErgs, and 12 Rogue Echo Bikes. Sleds with skid plates allow for year-round use indoors, with the option to take them outside during the summer months.

The centerpiece of the gym is a Rogue Monster Lite rig with 28 pull-up stations, 12 squat racks, high rings with competition straps, shrimp trawlers, and adjustable pull-up bars for scaling. Wall-mounted storage keeps benches, barbells, plates, kettlebells, ropes, and accessories off the floor while staying easily accessible, giving the gym a clean, efficient layout. An outdoor Monster Lite rig, wall-ball targets, and open shutters in warmer months extend the training space and reinforce the community-focused atmosphere that defines CrossFit 179.
