Step inside Lanny’s home gym in Rochester, New York, where personal space is limited, but training options definitely aren’t. At the center of it all is a Rogue RM-6 Monster Rack, giving him the versatility to squat, bench, deadlift, and tackle nearly everything else without leaving the room.
