Trust Me I'm an Enginee
Home office during the day and gymtime in the evening. I am very satisfied with the Matador combination. Solid design stable as a tank. Rogue is for me the best antidepressant since there is Corona.

Well worth it
I bought this one month ago to go along with the monster lite squat stand. Like all the other Rogue products I've bought, it is incredibly sturdy, relatively no shaking. Delighted I invested in it.

Solid attachment
Solid attachment for my Monster Lite squat rack. I weigh 185lbs, and the rack is completely stable when doing dips, even without being bolted to the floor.

Love this one
Great dip bar. Doesn’t disappoint

Didn’t hold my body weight with just 1 stud and the strip. I had to MacGyver a board to the wall and hit 4 studs. I’m 240lbs. Nervous about doing dips with additional weight but we’ll see how that goes.

Solid built but disappointed with the Fit
Disappointed with the Fit and Stability I had high expectations for the Rogue Monster Lite Matador given Rogue’s reputation for quality, and while the build itself is solid and the arms feel durable, the overall experience has been underwhelming. The biggest issue is the poor fit. The attachment doesn’t sit snugly on the rack upright—it’s wobbly and comes off too easily, which is a serious concern for safety and usability. I had to resort to using duct tape around the insert just to keep it in place. While this might be a temporary fix, I’m not confident it will hold up over time, especially under regular use. For a premium-priced accessory, I expected a much more secure and precise fit. Rogue usually nails the engineering, but this one feels like it missed the mark.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. The Matador utilizes a channel and pin system, so slight movement is to be expected. However, we do want to rule out any potential issues, so we have reached out via email to learn more.
