Westside Barbell

Westside Barbell is an exclusive training facility based out of Columbus, Ohio. Founded by Louie Simmons, Westside Barbell uses three types of training methods – dynamic, max-effort and repetition - to train some of the strongest men and women in the world.

Teaming up with Simmons and combining his training methodology with our construction, Rogue has proudly developed products like the RH-2 Reverse Hyper, Westside Bench and Westside Power Bar. Many of these products were designed specifically to match the specs laid out by Simmons himself.
