After measuring my leg and following the assigned chart provided, the size recommended for me is actually too small. It constricts my calf muscle causing discomfort and cramping as I try to exercise. I recommend buying a size up.

Highly recommend. My advisor on the 1st Phorm app recommended these. I won’t be going back. My calf is 12 inches. Here is the long explanation as to why I needed these and the pros of having them: I dislocated my right knee a couple of years ago and it’s been bothering me recently on my fitness journey (down 20lb), which means I’ve been countering on my left knee too much. I bought two of these due to that. One (XS) for my dislocated knee (That’s no longer dislocated, old injury) that way it helps for that extra support and one for my left because I’ve been countering too much that it actually started hurt that knee, one size up (S). Jump rope and shadow boxing in these are amazing! I can definitely feel the difference especially the next day. The cons: Hurts when running in these which I do need support with lately. I believe it’s because they are brand new and not worn in. They wrinkle a little in the back of my leg and pitch a little as you bend your knees more for movement in running.

I’ve tried a couple of other brands before this one in sizes L-XL. My knees are about 16.3 inches and the other brands were too tight. I couldn’t pull them up, or when I got them up, they rolled down during the workout. I haven’t had those issues with these. Don’t forget to add 2 as they come in singles.
