The Rogue USA Aluminum Collars 2.0 build on the proven performance of our original USA Aluminum Collars with targeted upgrades to durability, grip, and ease of use. CNC machined in the USA from aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum, each collar measures 1.5” wide and is compatible with all standard Olympic barbell sleeves. Designed for serious training environments, they deliver consistent plate security without excessive bulk or weight.
SECURE LOCKING MECHANISM
The redesigned lock-open nylon lever features optimized leverage and snap flexure for faster, easier opening and closing while maintaining a secure hold under load. A new grip pad reduces metal-to-metal contact between the collar and plates, helping protect equipment during repeated changes. An interior rubber lining further minimizes scuffs and friction on both the barbell sleeve and the collar itself.

LIGHTWEIGHT, LOW-PROFILE DESIGN
Measuring just 1.5” wide and weighing 0.25LB each, these collars secure the load without adding bulk or disrupting bar balance. Sold in pairs, they fit all standard Olympic bars and plates, including Rogue Ohio and Bella Bars. A lock-open nylon lever allows fast on/off changes, while the interior grip pad and rubber lining help protect the bar and plates from wear.
