Co-developed by Dr. Kelly Starrett of The Ready State and the product design team at AbMat, the Split Squat Pad is a new, patent-pending accessory that instantly creates an adjustable single-leg squat station on any existing rack.
For set-up, simply (1) rack a standard Olympic barbell at the desired height, (2) slide the Split Squat Pad onto one end of the bar, and (3) load a 45LB plate on the opposite end.* The unique hexagonal shape of the SSP pad is specifically designed to create a stable foothold for single leg squats, while its 360-degree rotation ensures a fluid movement. Once the workout is complete, the lightweight and compact pad is easy to store away until its next use, making it one of the most space-efficient and convenient single leg squat pads on the market.

Both the Split Squat Pad and Split Squat Pad Pro have an inside diameter of 1.95”, making them optimized for a snug fit on a standard Oly bar, while still enabling easy removal between workouts.
*IMPORTANT: To ensure the safety of the user, a MINIMUM of 45 LBS should ALWAYS be loaded on the opposite end of the barbell when training with the Split Squat Pad.
