With its dual-density drop-in midsole, flat wide heel, and abrasion-resistant haptic topcoat, it delivers consistent stability and durability in a light and breathable construction.

Improved airflow is a standout feature with this model, as the Metcon 6’s reinforced mesh now delivers nearly 18% better breathability than the Metcon 5. Rubber tread on the outsole and up the side of the shoe provides directional traction on the ground + grip for rope climbs, while cushioning foam is firmer under the heel for security on lifts and softer in the forefoot for high-impact moves.
