Great stabilization
Injured my meniscus running and bought this to help stabilize my knee while doing less impact activities such as walking and riding. Definitely helps with stabilization and allows me to continue these less stressful activities. Be sure not to keep this on for more than 3-4 hours per day though, it can cause very slight loss of circulation on lower part of leg.

Just what I needed
I purchased two sleeves. These supports are perfect for a moderately heavy lifter, such as myself. First time using these, or any knee sleeve, I hit a new PR on squat by 5 lbs. But once you've broken them in after a couple workouts, they'll fit like a glove. Follow the sizing chart as well, I sized medium and it worked great. For the price- I don't think you can find anything cheaper that looks as clean and works as well as you'd like them to- like these do.

Without question, the best knee sleeve on the market for Crossfit. I have a pair of more traditional powerlifting sleeves that are too hot and bulky for WOD’s, but, these are perfect.

2 months ago I bought my first knee braces for lifting weights. After 4 months of crossfit, i use a 22 Kg Rusian kettle bell for squats, I'm 64 years old, four months ago air squates were a dream now with weight I use rouge 5 mm sleeves, i had always used reaction knee sleeves they were and still are good for running, the rouge sleeve keeps me supported and in line for weight.
