SO SO
Used a entire roll on my feet trying different ways and methods works great for running and other activites DOES NOT work great in water. I could wear it for a day or multiple days as soon as I hit the pool its off with-in 10 min of swimming.

Awesome
This product is GREAT. My daughter is a swimmer with ankle issues and this is the only tape that hold tight while in the water. Awesome!!!!
