This is a child’s toy. The plastic beads are too light with too much air resistance to swing properly. I tried it a few times and just threw it away.

Little on the light side
Nice piece of equipment, well constructed, solid materials. It is a little on the light side regarding weight. Had to put duct tape on the beads located in the middle of the rope to increase weight. Over all a good rope.

Great starter rope
As a beginner this rope is perfect. Being a little heavier it is slower. As I progress, I’ll change to a faster rope, but this one will help me get past the basics.

Great Training Rope
This rope was exactly what I was looking for in a training rope. Inexpensive and durable enough to be used on concrete, gravel or asphalt. This rope spins slow and take a lot of effort to keep it moving. If you master double unders using this rope, double unders with a speed rope are a breeze.
