Schiek 3004 Power Lifting Belt
The 3004 is Schiek’s heavy-duty nylon powerlifting belt— strengthened by reinforced neoprene to create a firmness on par with many traditional, top-tier leather weightlifting belts.
Measuring 4.75” in width at the back (same as the Schiek 2004 series), the 3004 Lifting Belt is designed to match the natural contours of the body, with a patented cone-shape to support the downward angle of the lower back and a wide front to offer maximum abdominal support. A stainless steel buckle and “Slide N’ Grip” VELCRO® brand fasteners give the belt an exact, fully customizable fit, and the strap can be quickly tightened or loosened when moving between heavy lifting movements and lighter work.
Schiek’s hip-and-rib contour uniquely thins at the sides to keep any friction to a minimum, and a 2-year warranty adds some extra peace of mind.

Really Nice Belt
I bought a medium. It felt to small so I returned it for a large. The large is really to big so now I have to consider sending it back and re-ordering a medium. I am a 34/35 waist.
It is a great belt, but Im kinda in between sizes.

Great adjustability and grip
I've had mine for 4 1/2 years now and still love it. I've also had a Valeo, Rogue and old fashioned leather belts. This is my favorite. I like that the velcro holds it in place even after you loosen it. It has more support than other velcro types. I would suggest you consider sizing down. I'm 5'8, 255lbs (and not Mr Olympia); I can cinch my Size L down all the way and still wish I could go a bit more when I'm doing a heavy set.

Solid belt!
Super comfortable and well made. I'm 6' 185lbs with a 32" waist and the large is almost fully tightened on me - medium may have been a better choice but it still works great!

Supportive and comfortable
It really contours to the body! I use it for squats, deadlift, and overhead press. Between sets I alternate jump rope and KB swings and never remove the belt. I would definitely purchase it again.

Great belt
Belts like this one offer fine adjustment to your waist. The most comfortable belt I have tried. I feel leather belts for guys who bodybuild and are very lean just don’t hug your body or offer proper adjustment the way this belt can.
As a size 32.5 a small fits excellent with room for adjustment as my body changes.

Started wearing belt due to discomfort during heavy back squats. This belt allows for me to work out at heavier weights without discomfort. I love it. It's does not come undone. It is easy enough to take on and off if you want to crossfit with it
