Already one of the most famous and unforgiving implements in the sport; this challenge also included the original “Austrian Oak” himself; Arnold Schwarzenegger; watching the action on stage. Given 3 shots at hitting their max weight; several top competitors (including Rob Kearney; Oleksii Novikov; and Tom Stoltman) topped out at 420 LBS. But it was Tom’s brother Luke Stoltman who stole the moment; completing a 470 LB lift that edged him past Trey Mitchell (460 LB) and Bobby Thompson (450 LB) for the big event win.
