GORUCK Sand Kettlebells

GORUCK’s Sand Kettlebells are made from 1000D Cordura with reinforced, double-pass stitching at every seam. The heavy-duty handle includes sewn-in neoprene padding, and the reinforced ballistic bottom is extra abrasion-resistant at the primary point of impact. In other words, this is an overbuilt kettlebell designed not just for custom weight loads, but for maximum endurance over daily use.

There are six sizes of fillable kettlebell to choose from, all of which have a 13” diameter handle.

Filling the Sand Kettlebell:
First and foremost, be sure to load these kettlebells with sand and not gravel or rougher materials. You can add sand up to your desired weight in the widemouth, interior funnel filler system, which includes a double hook-and-loop closure. For even greater security and leakage prevention, the GORUCK Sand Kettlebell also includes an exterior YKK zipper panel for a seamless top.

Sand-filled kettlebells are infinitely scalable—ideal for multiple athletes or those working their way up—and they can be used for dozens of different training movements as well as rucking. They’re also safer than standard iron kettlebells, creating a lot fewer bangs and bruises over regular use. As an extra bonus, you can empty them, fold them up, and store them away when not in use.
