Steps How to Use the Hand X Band:
- Step 1 - Slip loops onto fingertips centering oval indents
- Step 2 - Start with fingertips close together
- Step 3 - Open your hand all the way
- Step 4 - Repeat
- Step 5 - Remove gently one finger at a time

Has worked great!
Bought the medium and it has lasted months. It has taken my elbow pain away and improved my forearm strength! Does anyone know what lb rating the medium dark blue band is??

Broke first use!
Literally broke the first use! Unpacked it, put it on, and it snapped at the thumb. Waste of $!

Breaks quickly
Bought a two 3 packs, a few snapped right away. They replaced them. Then some more broke so I shelved what's left. Threw them in a drawer until I had a mild tendinitis flare up... where the 2nd set today snapped.
There have to be better products out there. Save your money on this one.

Ripped First Time Used
One of the finger loops ripped first time used. It's also hard to get rings around fingers.

Cheap
Used these once and the lightest band ripped rendering it unusable. I have the next two and they’re holding up better, but they’re showing stress in the same place that one ripped. They’re a great product, just need to work on better material. Rogue did have excellent customer service in regards.
