Hand Bands
Great forearm extensor workout. I got the set of 3; light, medium, and heavy. I have only used them a few times, so Im not sure on the overall durability, but they seem to be good quality. Can get a solid pump in the forearms by doing 15-20 reps each arm with a 3-5 second hold each rep.

Works, but not durable

Has worked great!
Bought the medium and it has lasted months. It has taken my elbow pain away and improved my forearm strength! Does anyone know what lb rating the medium dark blue band is??

Broke first use!
Literally broke the first use! Unpacked it, put it on, and it snapped at the thumb. Waste of $!

Breaks quickly
Bought a two 3 packs, a few snapped right away. They replaced them. Then some more broke so I shelved what's left. Threw them in a drawer until I had a mild tendinitis flare up... where the 2nd set today snapped.
There have to be better products out there. Save your money on this one.
