The Rogue CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment is a versatile 2-in-1 tool that doubles as a cable attachment and landmine handle. Made in the USA and featuring ¼-inch aluminum or heavy duty steel side plates with laser-cut Rogue branding coated in a rugged texture black powdercoat finish, this attachment is designed to offer long-lasting durability and versatility. A built in acetal sleeve is added to protect your barbell sleeve from scratches when performing landmine work. Its multi-grip handle system provides customizable options for users to pick grip widths, whether you’re performing cable exercises or landmine movements.
VERSATILE GRIP OPTIONS
The CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Attachment offers a wide range of grip configurations for your workouts. The wide grip handles are spaced 30” apart on-center, perfect for neutral grip lat pulldowns and low rows. Additionally, the mid-grip handles are adjustable, allowing you to choose from 6 possible distances—14", 16", 18", 20", 22", or 24"—so you can fine-tune your positioning to hit different muscle groups and find your ideal comfort zone. For closer grips, the close-grip handles offer 2 adjustable options—6" or 8" apart—ensuring a customizable, ergonomic fit for every user. The 32MM diameter, 5” long knurled aluminum handles with Ohio knurling, the same knurl pattern used on our Ohio Bar tested by elite athletes for over a decade, provide a secure grip for every rep.

With the aluminum and heavy duty steel options weighing 8.25LBS and 14.0LBS respectively, the CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Attachment is an evolution of the original Rogue Multi Grip Cable Attachment. A stainless steel clevis plate adds extra durability, while the embedded acetal sleeve allows for landmine work without scratching your barbell sleeve. This attachment’s sleek profile makes it ideal for home gyms, commercial fitness facilities, or portable use, giving you the flexibility to perform a variety of exercises with minimal space requirements.

Note: The CG-1 attachments are optimized for Lat Pulldown and Low Row movements. When used with a landmine, range of motion may be slightly reduced depending on your setup and the movement performed.
Warning: Lat pulldown machines from different manufacturers will have different amounts of resistance when unloaded which may or may not balance the weight of the attachment. Therefore it is important that the attachment is always supported while changing the weight to prevent it from falling and causing injury.
