SUPPORTING THE STEP UP FOUNDATION
The Step Up Foundation was established to raise awareness of the unique mental health challenges faced by veterans, including interface astroglial scarring—a condition similar to chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) but specific to veterans exposed to blast waves in training and combat. Through this foundation, the aim is to change the conversation around mental health and break the stigma associated with it.
A portion of every sale of the CHAD1000X shirt goes toward The Step Up Foundation.

1,000 box step-ups completed as a team, partner or individual for time.
3 OPTIONS:
- Slick/Beginner - No rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
- Standard/Intermediate - 30LB/20LB rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
- Expert - 45LB rucksack. Use a 20” box for step-ups.

About Chad Wilkinson:
Chad Wilkinson was a Navy SEAL approaching his 21st year of active duty and after experiencing multiple combat deployments, his body and his mind had taken too much. On October 29, 2018, Chad took his life, and in his memory the hero workout “CHAD” was created.
Chad was an aspiring mountaineer, and after his passing, the world embraced Chad's challenging workout for climbing expeditions: 1,000 box step-ups with a 45 lb pack. This workout, now known as “CHAD1000X”, has become a powerful testament to the struggles faced by our military personnel, including PTSD, TBIs, and blast wave injuries. As Chad often said, “Uncomfortable can’t last forever.” This annual Veterans Day workout now serves as a trademarked platform for Americans to honor our veterans and their invisible wounds. We stand beside them in support, honor their struggles, and fight for their comfort as they have fought for ours.
Chad's wife, Sara Wilkinson, continues to advocate for change, using her voice to highlight the challenges faced by veterans across all branches of service. The Rogue CHAD1000X shirt is a tribute to the dedication and the collective effort to reduce the veteran suicide epidemic.
