In typical Rogue fashion, we’ve over-engineered the Multi-Use Rack Roller to handle anything you can throw at it. Utilizing formed and welded clasps, 1” pins, and an oversized roller, users will be able to use it for any number of exercises without concern. Despite its size, its lightweight portability makes adjustment and storage easy.

The Rogue Monster Lite Multi-Use Rack Roller is a versatile rack attachment designed to elevate your training experience across a variety of movements. Featuring a 6” diameter revolving pad, it excels as a platform for lat pulldowns, hip thrusts, a leg roller, a foot catch for glute ham raises, and more.
Weighing in at only 32LB, this rack roller is lightweight yet sturdy, making it easy to adjust and secure with the included detent pins. Its adjustment holes allow for precise 1” adjustments enabling you to find the perfect height setting for each exercise. The UHMW lined brackets protect your rack from metal-on-metal contact, ensuring durability and longevity for your investment.

DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY
Designed for more than just hip thrusts and single leg work, the Rogue Monster Lite Multi-Use Rack Roller attachment has numerous uses‒from a knee catch for lat pulldowns on our functional trainers to an arm rest for preacher curls, the possible exercises with this attachment are only limited by your creativity.
EASY SET-UP
Compatible ONLY with Rogue Monster Lite Series units, the Monster Lite Multi-Use Rack Roller offers space efficiency and convenience for any size gym, as the attachment ships fully assembled and can be quickly installed and taken down as you move through your workout. The roller features formed channels on each end that can be secured to the uprights using the provided pair of 5/8" Monster Lite detent pins.
PRECISE ADJUSTMENTS
Dial in your exact height setting on the Monster Lite Multi-Use Rack Roller with its offset hole spacing, allowing for 1” adjustments through the bench and clean pull zone and 2” spacing above and below . The 5/8” detent pins can quickly be removed for easy adjustments if you need to change exercises or adjust for different users.
ROGUE QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
Each Monster Multi-Use Rack Roller is manufactured in the USA using a combination of 1.5" schedule 40 pipe and 1/4" thick formed end plates with a MG Black powdercoat finish. The UHMW lined clasps protect your rack from any metal on metal contact, and the 6” diameter vinyl-covered pad provides a robust surface to work off of.
