Neutral grip is good for athletes who want to save their joints over the long term especially if they are starting late their gym journey like me. This bar is a good base for you to grow your reps and it has a nice feel (gentle on the hands vs other knurling...). I recommend but be mindful of the space it takes on the cage

Should have had a black hardware option to match the black hardware I optioned on the Monster rack. Now I have to either send back the hardware it came with and pay an up charge or order black hardware separately from a different crossmembers page.

Great product. Built like a tank to last! Not the greatest if you are under 7 feet tall. I have to use a ladder to get up to the bar. Wish there was someway to adjust the height like rollers similar to the 50 CAL Lever arms

Great pull up option. Overbuilt per usual with Rogue. Only suggested improvement would be to look at how much footprint this takes up on the rack. I have a RM3 and with this mounted I wouldn't have room to add a Slinger or much else for that matter. Could the mounting holes be moved between the two pull up bars and eliminate the large flanges to the outside? Feel like I given up the ability to add much else to my rack. Otherwise it is awesome.

I only gave it 4 stars because wish it had a wider grip on it. It does work great on pull ups and gives you two neutral grip options to save your elbows. Overall I am very happy with it. Great purchase.

Despite the sturdiness of Rogue racks, this attachment is vital in creating more stability along the top of your system and avoiding slop - it is easy to install and allows for enhanced exercises and training options.

Due to the lack of ceiling space, I had to install upside down which works well since the rack is pretty tall anyway. I love this for back days, the wide and narrow grip allow me to be a bit more focused on areas I am working. This is an absolute must as far as I'm concerned.
