After more than 50 orders placed between my account and my wife’s one, and almost 15,000€ spent, this is the most disappointing order I have placed with Rogue so far. The safety straps were part of a 2200€ order. At the reception I noticed several problems such as impacts, rust, missing hole and twisted foots on my RML390-BT, scratches on the multigrip pull-up bar, j-cups and iron plates. But the worst was the safety straps as they had a defect and were completely sewn sideways with excess fabric in some places. I am offered a discount to keep the straps, which I refuse, because I want my safety straps to be in perfect condition, without seam defects. A new pair of safety straps arrives at my home a week after my exchange with the customer service. They are even worse than the first ones : the seams are untied, and the two straps are not the same length. Here is the response from customer service : « We reviewed this issue with our team and we can assure you that these are safe to use.   We agree that it does not look nice when the seams are loose and not tied correctly on their ends.   When straps are in use, you should not notice the size difference.   At this stage, we can offer you a 10% discount for the item.   Alternatively, you can return the straps back to our warehouse for a full refund » So, after contacting the customer service, here are the two options offered : 1/ I keep a pair of safety straps with seam problems and a size difference, benefiting from a 10% discount (≈ 24€) 2/ I return the straps and get a refund, which is not an option since I need the straps because I train alone Once again, I am very disappointed with my order. I expected to receive new, undamaged equipment, which was not the case.

I got this a few ago after upgrading my SML-2 to a RML-390F for greater safety doing heavy lifts. I use both the safety pins and safety straps in my lifting. I especially like the safety straps for seated overhead pressing, which I do quite often. It's my main choice for heavy squats and pin pulls when I do them. They are very well constructed, quiet (for those who care about such things), and have been equipment I use just about every week.

You'll love these since they are easy to adjust for different levels. They are also forgiving when you lift as you won't bounce your plate off them during a rep. These won't damage your barbell knurling as a metal safety catch might. Perfect for lifting without a spotter.

These are a great compliment to your power rack.  I had to sneak in this review in the rack section since these don't have their own review category. I only use these as my 690 came with pins and pipes which are slow and awkward when making adjustments.   Saves your knurling on your barbells. They are forgivable whenever your plates come into contact with them during a squat rep. I highly recommend these Safety straps.

I bought these for my RML-3 power rack several months ago. They work great and are a significant upgrade from the standard pin/pipe safeties.

I just received my straps and was bummed to realize they’re so short and are basically unusable. I double checked to make sure I had the correct rack for the straps and I do. Not sure how this happens.

I just received these today and straps are of unequal lengths! This is despite the fact that customer support had assured me they will check the lengths before shipping. I had read reviews that complained about the exact same thing, which is why I contacted customer support to ensure they check before shipping. Unfortunately they didn't. I hope the issue can be resolved ASAP.

Straps are the way to go for safety spotters and Rogue’s are the best fit if you own a Rogue rack. I initially bought another brand but it was a mistake. The fit was poor and ended up returning them. The Rogue safety straps fit perfectly. Straps are much more flexible option and you can set them so that if the bar touches during a rep you don’t feel it. These straps are very sturdy.
