Pso-rite has so much hype behind it that I didn’t bother doing research, for once. I just read through pso-rite’s own stuff. My bad, because this is probably one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The product is made of incredibly smooth plastic with no texture, so unless I’m taking of my clothes I’m just slipping off this thing. It’s also a fixed width product which really, really sucks. I’m 6’1” and 190lbs. I’m not huge, but I’m also not a small person. This product is useless on the psoas and ab area if I want a double point of contact (which is what this product is for) — it’s hitting my obliques (not in a good way). To sum it up… this is my first time writing a review and I’m doing it because this is the most ridiculous and over hyped purchase ever. AND this thing is expensive… Maybe I’ll sell it or maybe I’ll just throw it in the plastic recycling bin where it belongs…

These items have helped my mobility and recovery tremendously! I didn’t realize tight my psoas truly was until I started using the pso rite. The mobility stick gets in to spots really well to break up knots and any sort of build up over time. I will definitely recommend these to others!

I was excited to receive the PSO-RITE! I am a Woman with a Professional background in PT, Exercise Science, Rehabilitation and Personal Training. I purchased the PSO-RITE for myself initially, with thoughts it would benefit me and my boyfriend, both active with extensive backgrounds in Exercise science. My take away: the PSO-RITE original is not designed properly for a Woman’s frame, for the intended use described. It worked excellent for my boyfriend. The dimensions, did not hit my PSOAS or align properly with my spine, QL. It is too large. I am an athletic woman 5’7 129 lbs. I encourage PSO-rite to consider this in description and design a similar device specific to a woman’s frame. I can’t use the PSO-RiTE as intended, which is a bummer. My boyfriend however, really enjoys the relief and use of the PSO-Rite as it fits his Fran and has worked as described. As it’s a considerable investment, and worth of it brings relief, (as it has for my boyfriend). I am feeling “bummed out” as I purchased this and can’t use. Hopefully a disclaimer will be listed on the original and WOMEN will be directed to other future PSO-Rites which will address the same needs as the original product and deliver the relief for women, in a design that is reflective of women’s biological frames. I would recommend this Specific product to MEN, I would not recommend the original to Women. Thank you!

I purchased this as I have a very tight psoas. When using this product I found that while lying on this product stomach down my torso is too small and it doesn't hit exactly where I need it to hit. Other than that it's great for opening up neck, traps and scapula.

Absolute game changer. The psorite is essential for every athlete and anybody who is into taking care of their body. Thank you guys

I’m pretty active between being a first responder, BJJ and weigh training and the pso-rite has been an absolute game changer. I use it on my whole body and it’s become a party of my daily routine. Well worth the money.

I got my PSO-RITE a month ago and absolutely love it. Took me some time to find the right positions when using it, but it’s so versatile and can get deep into places that many massage tools can’t. 100% recommend!
