HWPO DAILY
Product Description
HWPO DAILY is a community based daily metcon program from HWPO Training, the exclusive fitness community founded and led by Rogue Athlete and 5x CrossFit Games champion Mat Fraser. Created by Mat himself, this program involves no warmups or strength. Instead, it’s the perfect option for those looking to get back in the gym, throw down with friends, or sub out the metcon from your followed program with a classic one.
PROGRAM COMMITMENT
10-30 minute daily workouts
WHO IT’S FOR
Like an old school CrossFit gym blog, Mat Fraser has designed these workouts for HARD WORKERS of all abilities who just want to throw down in a daily metcon. This is not a progression based program with strength cycles or movement skill work.
PROGRAM FORMAT
Classic workout formats like 21-15-9 Couplets, EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute) and long Chipper style workouts where the only thing to do is simply chip away at the mountain of work ahead of you. Not to mention memorable historic event workouts like CrossFit Games Open Workouts and Friendly Fran from the 2020 CrossFit Games qualifiers. Longer workouts with more components are on the Saturday slates.
An HWPO subscription can be utilized ONLY through the HWPO Training App, and is NOT available as a PDF.

About HWPO Training:
Not merely a spokesperson for the brand, Mat Fraser is the Lead Programming Engineer at HWPO Training, and personally writes everything from the programming themes to the warmups, strength work, intervals, and accessories. Along with a small, select team, he tests each workout to ensure the intent and stimulus of each component and each session align. HWPO is named after Fraser’s personal mantra (“Hard Work Pays Off”) and its goal is to foster a supportive and hard-working fitness community.
