Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Mobility Tool (at a Great Price) As an athlete in the almost 50 category, injury is a part of life and fitness. I had looked into Graston Therapy and Gua Sha Therapy to address my achilles tendon issues. This looked like one of the Graston tools (which cost $1,700 and a similar version of this - but not as nice - was $110), so I took a chance and bought one. I wrote the company to advice on how to properly implement this tool into my arsenal and I started using it. One word - amazing! This thing gives you a vibrational feedback in your hand you will not get from other mobility tools. You can feel this thing working along the tendons to address 'the fuzz' (Gil Hedley - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdRqLrCF_Ys) and break up adhesions and scar tissue. The tool has three primary edges to work into almost everywhere your body needs it. From general movements along broader muscles/tendons to detail work around hands, feet, and ankles, this thing is easy to use and very effective. The company is very responsive and the cost, though $65, is well worth it. It's got a nice weight to it, comes with a carry pouch, and is built like a tank. Highly recommended. Looking for MobilityWOD to begin introducing this thing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from At home Graston! I call this the ninja star. I use it daily and it is always in my bag when I travel because its small, sturdy, and effective. It is perfect for all of those knotty, hard to reach crevices as well and the larger muscles. By far, most most favorite mobility tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never leave home without it!!! I am a 35 year old crossfitter and NCAA lacrosse referee. With all the working out and running around officiating games, this handy little device helps relieve my muscle cramps and knots. I keep one at home, at the office, and in my workout bag. It is durable and light weight. Do yourself a favor and invest in one right now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A well thought out multi-purpose tool My name is Bret Moldenhauer. I am a licensed acupuncturist that specializes in world class and Olympic track athletes. I have traveled the planet working with the best and brightest runners the world has to offer. When I first held the Mobility Star I was struck by how solid and well made the tool was. It has a symmetrical design that fits securely in your hand. The smooth curving slopes allow both athlete and therapist to glide effortlessly over tight and restricted muscles taking pressure of the myofascial system and it's interconnected processes effecting the muscles, joints, tendons and fascia. The Mobility Star is very effective in flushing out sore and tired muscles as well as getting to those hard to reach places where the muscle and tendon connect. The unique design allows the user to apply firm direct pressure to the target area. No more sore thumbs! The Mobility Star is a must in any serious athlete's kit. Just don't leave the Mobility Star laying around it will grow legs and disappear. Folks just can't keep their hands off it. Thanks Mobility Star!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, Simple Product I've been using my Mobility Star to work out some troubling areas over the past few weeks and I absolutely love it. I won't go anywhere without this tool, including traveling! Its easy to throw in a carry-on bag, my school bag, and my gym bag. It works great for getting into those places where a roller or lacrosse ball cannot reach and the pressure is infinately variable. I've been recommending this product to all my friends both Crossfit athletes and anyone with aches and pains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh Yeah ! Nice to have something so portable and easy to use. My boyfriend gave it to me as a gift and I wasn't sure I'd like it. However, the more I use it, the more dependent on it I've become. I use it before or after a workout if feeling tight, and in the evenings I'll work my legs with some Bio-freeze.
