Q: What is the Rogue Cash for Clunkers Program?

A: If you send us a Men’s 20KG Weightlifting bar that is straight and operational we will send you an electronic coupon for $50 towards a Rogue Bar only.  You can only use one coupon per person per lifetime and we reserve the right to end the program at any time.  You can bring the bar to us in person as well but getting the bar here is your responsibility.  If the bar is deemed not straight or operational it will be your responsibility to have it returned to you.

Operational: The bar collars spin and the bar shaft is one solid piece.

Q: What is the Rogue BuyBack Program?

A: The Rogue Buyback program is a way for us to tell you that you are buying solid equipment that has a solid resale value.  We believe our equipment will help you in your venture.  If you spend $5,000 or more on a one time purchase we guarantee we will purchase the equipment back within one calendar year for 70% of the equipment purchase price.  You will need to return the equipment to us in working order and we will cut a check for 70% of the equipment cost.  It is your responsibility to get the equipment to our dock and it will be your responsibility to have the equipment returned if it is not in working order.

Return Policy:

Continental US Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by roguefitness.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling.  We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt.

APO Orders will need to be sent back to Rogue via USPS at the customers expense.  If the error is on behalf of Rogue, then Rogue will cover the shipping cost.

Shoes can be returned for a different size if they are in brand new condition.  The buyer is responsible for returning the shoes to Rogue and we will ship out the new size on the first exchange.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping to Rogue and to buyer for any other exchanges.   After the first exchange all shoes returned for a new size will will be charged a flat rate fee of $8.00 for restocking and shipping within the continental US.

Shoes are warrantied for 90 days against manufacture defects.  These shoes are designed for Olympic weightlifting and should be used only for such exercises.

Special order or custom color items cannot be returned.

Refund Process:

  1. Email admin@roguefitness.com
  2. Rogue will issue a refund once the merchandise is received.

Receiving a Refund:

For items directed to our Returns Dept., expect your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).

This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

Q: How do I place a Rogue order?

A:  Visit the Rogue store at http://www.roguefitness.com/store/index.php

Steps to order:

  1. Click the link above
  2. Select the product you would like to orderClick “Add to Cart”
  3. Select any options from the dropdown menu (shipping, color etc.)
  4. Click “Continue Checkout” once you are ready to place your order
  5. Fill in the required personal and payment information
  6. Click “Submit Order”

You will receive an order number and conformation email once you place your order.  Additional emails will follow with updates and tracking information.

Q: Does Rogue provide tracking information?

A: Yes Rogue does provide tracking information.  To minimize shipping costs for Rogue customers we send items via 3 methods:

  1. UPS Ground- this is the way Rogue ships most orders
  2. USPS- used occasionally to send smaller items (jump ropes, hopper decks, books)
  3. Freight- Used to send larger orders that weight over several hundred pounds

Tracking information will be posted as soon as it is made available to Rogue regardless of the shipping method.  You can check the status of your shipment by entering your order number and email address on the Rogue Store homepage. http://www.roguefitness.com/store/index.php

Freight customers will be sent an email with a PRO#  (ex- WU9258874 or  196798559)  You can track your shipment by going to www.gorlc.com Enter your PRO# into the Shipment Tracking box on the right hand side of the page.

Q:  How do I determine my Rogue DoWin shoe size?

A:  Rogue DoWin shoes come in Men’s sizes.  Women will need to order 1.5-2 sizes smaller to convert to an equivalent Men’s size.

Rogue suggests ordering down ½ size from your normal men’s athletic shoe size.  If the shoe does not fit you can exchange it.  The customer is responsible for return shipping to Rogue and for shipping the replacement size.

Q:  Does Rogue ship internationally?

A:  Rogue has fulfilled many international orders and helped outfit both individuals and affiliate owners’ gyms.  We have stocked gyms in Australia, throughout Europe and the UK, UAE, Iceland, the Caribbean, Hawaii; just to name a few.

We have access to very competitive parcel and ocean freight rates and would be happy to provide a shipping cost to your unique location.  Customers who are outfitting an affiliate are often surprised at how cheap the international freight rates are.  The last Australian order Rogue fulfilled was cheaper to ship ocean freight to Australia than to send a similar load to California via truck freight.

It is our policy to ship to the nearest international port.  The customer will be responsible for final delivery and any fees associated with the final delivery and clearing customs.  These items can be handled by Rogue for an additional charge at the customers request.

Q: Does Rogue ship to APO/FPO locations?

A:  Absolutely!  We have supplied Airmen, Marines, Seamen and Soldiers with the best equipment available all around the world.   Rogue has fulfilled many Operation Phoenix orders to troops in the Middle East as well.  Place your order online and a member of the Rogue Staff will contact you if any additional shipping is needed.

*We send all APO/FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail.  The maximum weight for a package is 70 pounds. Size restrictions may also apply.

Q:  What is the difference between MARPAT straps and solid color straps (black, desert tan, olive drab)

A:  The difference is purely cosmetic (although we’ve heard rumors that MARPAT makes muscle ups easier).  The MARPAT is the digital camouflage that the USMC uses.  The MARPAT straps are more expensive to manufacture because of the sublimation process that is required to achieve the MARPAT pattern.  In addition, the MARPAT straps and Desert Tan straps come with matte black buckles.
