Rogue RM-390F Flat Foot Monster Rack

Built for athletes, coaches, and gym owners who want the benefits of Rogue’s heavy-duty RM-3 Monster Rack without having to bolt the unit to the floor. The RM-390F Flat Foot Monster Rack features the same 3x3” 11-gauge steel uprights and oversized 1” hardware as the standard model, but utilizes our Monster Squat Stand Base to create a large, self-stabilizing foundation. 3x3” rubber feet are also included to help prevent movement and protect your floor.

The Flat Foot Monster Rack stands 93” tall and leaves a 51”x54” footprint. A Monster Single Skinny Pull-Up Bar and pin/pipe safety system are included standard, and customers can choose between our Monster J-Cups or a pair of Sandwich J-Cups with a UHMW plastic core.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid My initial decision was between Rogue Fitness and Sorinex. For the price, it is hard to beat Rogue equipment and the quality is excellent. Then i had a tough time deciding between the Monster Light and the Monster version. The Light version is cheaper, has more space between the uprights and a slightly smaller overall footprint. The Monster version has UHWM coated accessories, is more solid, has the rubber footing and the available 2.0 strap system. These benefits made me opt for the Monster version. I was worried about the 24" between the uprights but it is plenty of space for me. The packaging was excellent. You can tell alot of time and care was put in to packing this equipment. Product was shipped the same day i ordered it. I put this product together by myself. The only time i needed help was when i was attaching the first crossmember at the top. I weighed down one of the side pieces and had my wife hold the uprights of the other side. Attached the crossmember then finished without her help. I worked from the ground up. I have this rack over 1/2" rubber flooring not bolted to the ground. Accessories orderd: short and long storage, matador dip bar, 3" sphere pullup, sandwich j-cups, safety strap system. Excellent investment and i'm glad i pulled the trigger to go with Monster over MLight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the price My wife and I have used this rack for four months and love it. We considered buying lesser equipment and this rack is probably overkill for our skill/weight levels but we're extremely happy with this rack and with the customer support from Rogue. Nick Q was very supportive helping us with our order and saved us from buying an unneeded accessory. The rack and accessories were packaged extremely well and everything arrived in excellent condition. I rarely take the time to comment and provide reviews but we're so happy with our purchases that it's worth the time to provide feedback for an outstanding product. Like Calvin though I did not have wrenches big enough to put the rack together and had to go buy some 1.5" wrenches so an option to include some might be nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rack Ever I just received my rack last week. I absolutely love it. It is the best I have ever used. Better than basically any equipment I have used at any gym or health club ever. It really doesn't move or shake even with 300+ pound squats and weighted pull- ups. The hole spacing is really superior-- allows me to put the safeties in the perfect spot. The rubber feet + weight of the rack = no moving when you rack the weight. A lot of other racks I've used in the past would move when you rack the weight, which means you have to readjust the position of your bench after every set. This rack doesn't move for anything. Rock solid. The only inconvenience is that the bolts are so large, nothing in my standard tool set would fit. You'll need two 1.5" wrenches. The only thing that could improve this rack would be if Rogue included a couple of wrenches (lol)! Great job, Rogue. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Piece of Equipment! I purchased this for the home gym in the basement of my home. I've been using it for 2 months and I couldn't be happier. This is very easy to setup -- it took 2 of us 30 minutes, max, and that includes bolting it to the floor. This thing is top notch quality and well worth the price. Highly recommended. The add-ons are just as impressive, which for me included the following: - The Matador - Plate Storage - HG Bumper Set - Rogue Olympic Bar I also have Olympic Rings that work great attached to the pull up bar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent The rack is totally awesome. I love the fact that I don't have to anchor it to the ground. Very we'll built and amazing rack.
