Rogue RM-390F Flat Foot Monster Rack

Built for athletes, coaches, and gym owners who want the benefits of Rogue’s heavy-duty RM-3 Monster Rack without having to bolt the unit to the floor. The Flat Foot Monster Rack stands 93” tall and leaves a 51”x54” footprint. A Monster Single Skinny Pull-Up Bar and pin/pipe safety system are included standard, and customers can choose between our Monster J-Cups or a pair of Sandwich J-Cups with a UHMW plastic core.

Amazing Piece of Equipment!

Review by Bvizzle

I purchased this for the home gym in the basement of my home. I've been using it for 2 months and I couldn't be happier. This is very easy to setup -- it took 2 of us 30 minutes, max, and that includes bolting it to the floor. This thing is top notch quality and well worth the price. Highly recommended.

The add-ons are just as impressive, which for me included the following:
- The Matador
- Plate Storage
- HG Bumper Set
- Rogue Olympic Bar

I also have Olympic Rings that work great attached to the pull up bar.

Rock Solid Equipment!!!

Review by Sandaddy

Before I purchased this rack, I took my time and looked at quite a few other manufacturers. I found other racks that looked similar to this one through the naked eye, some for as much as half of the cost of the RM 390F. They just didn't look as solid as the Rogue product did in the pics. They shook a bit during pull ups. The paint made them look a bit cheap. I struggled on saving a few hundred bucks and going with a different, lower priced manufacturer, or should I go balls to the wall and get the Rogue model? I decided that I wanted a serious piece of equipment and I didn't want to skimp on the quality. So I spent the extra money, and I am so glad I did. I sat up for 4 nights waiting on my 430 lbs of freight, drawing out plans and rearranging my lifting platform to accommodate the impressive footprint of the American made behemoth. Then, In a cruel twist of fate, the night before my rack is to be delivered, I pinch a nerve and get a slipped disk in my lower back. I could hardly stand on my feet for longer than 30 seconds at a time, how could I possibly assemble this beast??? Enter my 5'3" CrossFit powder-keg girlfriend. I call her "Juice Box". She does a lot of squats, thus juicy. She seated me on a jerk box(ironic?), cracked open a cold one for me and started cutting open Rogue boxes. She began bolting legs to feet. I mostly sat back and watched, beaming with pride as MY GIRLFRIEND built our new Rogue rack. I just held up the legs and she hand tightened the bolts, then went back and torqued them down. My girl built The Monster Flatfoot Rack for us. Kick ass girlfriend and kick ass, easy to assemble and incredibly sturdy product. Now that the rack is up in my new home gym, I'm really glad we chose the more expensive Rogue rack. The craftsmanship is second to none. The fit and finish are far superior to the other manufacturers I tried to compare to the Rogue. Even with two pull-up bars working as cross members, the rack is very solid with very little movement. Even during kipping pull-ups and toes to bar! The standard j-cups have a great, snug, fit as well. I highly recommend this piece of American crafted equipment. Especially if you can't bolt anything to the floor. Thank you, Rogue!
