I got these and love them. Very easy to put on and take off, and much better than ordinary spring collars. I've read the other reviews and was a bit worried about them breaking as they have stated, but I've had them for a few weeks now and they seem to be fine. It may be because I'm a little extra careful when I remove them and put them on, but with time, I will see how they really hold up. Regardless, they're inexpensive, look nice, and do the job.

These are great collars. I have used mine 3-4 days a week for two years. They started to slip a bit after a year and the red tab/lock broke after two years of abuse. Rogue replaced them without issue. These collars are worth the money.

One of my collars is easy to unhinge while the other one is near impossible to take off without breaking a finger. It's a great product and superior to other collars that I have used in the past, not afraid of plates and bumpers slipping off if I get a little off center

I will never go back to spring collars. These collars are easy on and easy off. They hold tight. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I notice the collars I purchased a year and a half ago are now looser fitting than the newer collars I have. I think it is because of the material they are made of and I am not really sure how this could be fixed. I definitely recommend these to all of my friends

These collars work a lot better than the traditional spring clips. They hold plates flush and firm during cleans, DL and squats. I've had them for 5 months and so far so good: no cracks or loose connections. It beats waiting for collars at the gym, but beware, there's always someone looking to take them when they're laying around.

I have these in my home gym, they are lock jaw tight and not sure why everyone else has their clamps break? I assume from dropping the bars from overhead often or doing high rep CF WODs
I don't drop the bar from overhead and perhaps that's why I've had no probs with mine for a year, knock on wood, they've been solid since day 1

I recently bought a pair of the HG Collars and they work much better than the spring clips that I have been using up to this point. Easy to use and hold the weights on tight even when dropped. Great piece of gear!

I have had these now for nearly 6 months and I've used them on every lifting session. I have never seen them slip at all. They actually grip the bar tighter than any clip I've ever used!!! I Love these!!

Good Product! It's great for power lifting and most other workouts but I find them slipping just a bit when dropping the bar uneven or from overhead which is normal for most inexpensive collars. The collars are easy to put on and take off unlike the spring ones. I would say for the price it's your best bet. If your looking for a really good pr you'll have to pay the price over $100 which in a home gym just isn't worth it. thanks rogue
