Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product, but One Suggestion When trying to move the bar side to side, to center it, sometimes the hooks will swing to the side a bit. This could be avoided by adding another bit of metal to the bottom of each hook with a hole, so that you could put one of those orange handled pins through. That is how the monolift arms attach, and it works quite well to keep them stablized.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, but bolts tend to rust These are excellent j-cups. The plastic liner protects the bar really well. I have only had these for about a month and I noticed the bolts having a coat of rust on them. It is a highly humid environment, but I wouldn't expect this to happen so quickly. Coat them with oil to protect from rust.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but over priced! Purchased these to keep my bar from getting beat up. I was also hoping there would be less bar. The cups are built like a tank but for $125 would you expect less? The small allen head screws and nuts could have been designed better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beyond Heavy Duty!!!! I just had my RM4 delivered and I got the standard j cups upgraded, and all I can say is wow. These things are a beast, way bigger than the pics make them out to be. They are simple to adjust and use. I'm impressed with everything I've gotten today. I am definitely going to be buying a lot more of their product. Thanks, Rogue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy UHMW, Batman! These are awesome and great for keeping the bar nice... Keep in mind they are massive compared to standard jcups and may interfere with Rogue strap safeties (on bench setting) because of that. Great for rack pulls in the front though

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Upgrade I debated whether the $45 up-charge for these would be worth it, but I'm glad that I got them. As you can see from the picture, these are narrower than the regular j-cups. This provides a bit more clearance when re-racking the bar, which I appreciate since Monster Lite squat stands and racks are quite wide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functions well for bench pressing I was initially confused by these j-cups and didn't think that they would work well for benching. Since the bottom of the sandwich j-cup is much lower than the standard j-cup, the safety straps have to be mounted considerably lower. For me this meant that the straps were far to low to provide any protection while bench pressing. I eventually did discover that the opposite end of the straps can be mounted several holes higher to counteract this problem. I was worried that this might cause the bar to roll onto or towards my face when I failed a lift, but this has not been the case. The only complaints I have is that the lip of the j-cup could be a bit smaller, and it would have been less confusing if the safety straps could be mounted closer to the j-cups. I would buy this product again.
