awesome
Review by Jeff LawsheQualityWhat a great, versatile rack. I weight my rack with side storage like a lot of people, and after that it doesn't move. The dirty south sub was great for me because I like having extra clearance for kips, but a shorter distance to the bar for strict pullups (probably because I'm terrible at the latter and end up spending more time than I should hopping on and off the bar). If you have high ceilings, this is an awesome piece of equipment.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat StandExcellent Buy
Review by RyanQualityThe S-3 exceeded my expectations. It was extremely easy to set up and the quality was second to none. Took me 30 min. max to put together. The only thing I would recommend is bolting the rig to the ground or putting weight on the legs if you are doing butterfly pullups. The rig starts rocking a little. Other than that I would highly recommend this to anyone.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat StandGreat product!
Review by EileenQualityVery happy with our S3! Got the fat/skinny, as well as vertical plate storage and plates for anchoring, rings, safety bars and bench.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Stand
Very easy to put together - well made and excellent quality. I was able to assemble completely by myself before my husband got back from the gym.
With the plate storage to anchor, it is very sturdy and doesn't move at all for kipping pull ups, t2b, etc. J hooks and safety bars pop right in, and stay.
I had extremely high expectations, and Rogue delivered! I absolutely recommend the S3 for any home/garage gym.Steller Rig
Review by MagnusQualityWhat can I say that others haven't already said about the S-3? :| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Stand
- easy to assemble (did it solo in about 40mins)
- SOLID (I am #220 and with #100 on each side of the added Vertical plate storage, I can swing a huge kip and there is no rocking. INSANELY SOLID)
Only observation I can add is ... THE S-3 IS TALL! I am 6 foot and I dropped the Skinny/Fat bar down a notch so it doesn't require a huge jump to grab the bar.
So to recap: YES everything they say is true about this being one SICK Rig and built like a TANK (A moveable tank incase you need to reposition it). But you'll need a high ceiling cause its TALL!
Buy one, give yourself a high 5 for not skimping on some other brand rig and happy Lifting.

Review by SEAN BQualityEasy to install great quality! Can't go wrong!| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat StandBest Piece of Equipment in my Home Gym!!
Review by KWBQualityThe S3 is SOLID! I am 250lbs and it does not budge when weighted down properly, allowing me to do kipping pull-ups, dips, toes to bar, etc. Best equipment added to my "home box".| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Standexcellent quality
Review by marty mcflyQualityive only had this for 12 hrs and I frickin love it| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Stand
! solid construction -- easy setup -- thanks rogue for the quality - can wait to use this with frends and familySiple, Strurdy, Effective
Review by KBQualityPurchased in August 2011 it is the best piece of equipment I ever invested in. It is super sturdy for squats, bench, and pull-ups. If you have high ceilings the S3 is awsome, at 6' tall I can hang from the lowest bar and have my feet clear off the ground for proper kips and work with rings. I got the spotter arms instead of storage, turned out to be a good choice, you can store your plates on the base of the S3 for added stability, but you don't really need it.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Stand
Great piece of equipement, well worth the $$.Great Pice
Review by theboy111QualityLove the S3 squat stand. Put it together by myself in about 30 min (took my time). It is rock solid, I have single plate storage on both sides and I can kip all day without the stand rocking or sliding. My only gripe is the powder coating on the fat skin bar makes it difficult to hold on when your hands are moist. I know I just need a stronger grip then I don't have to worry about. Great piece of equipment that looks a good as it preforms.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat StandSOLID!
Review by SteveQualityThis is the corner stone of my new home gym. Squats, Pull ups, Ring Dips, Dips, Plate storage and of course, a base to attach bands for stretching or anything else I need to do. I even got a pull up bar for my little ones, and they have more fun with that than any toy in the house.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Stand
With the weight on the sides this thing does not budge during the kipping pull ups.Dont buy the Pendlay!!
Review by Boondock SixQualityAs a longtime Crossfitter I have begun building my garage gym. I elected to purchase the Pendlay squat rack from MuscleDriver. It was a bit cheaper, and was 95" high which was what I needed. It sits unbalanced and the weight racks (another $80) cant be attached at all when you bench. Bottom line is I should have bought the Rogue Rack. Everything else in my gym is Rogue and I have never been let down.| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat Stand
I'm putting this here because there is no review system on MD and I wish it would have been here for me. ROGUE FOR LIFE.Awesome!
Review by JamesQualityThe S3 squat stand is absolutely one of the best pieces of equipment I have had a chance to use. I have a dirty south attached, spotter arms, and plate storage making it a great garage gym piece. I have dropped over 250 lbs doing push jerks and over 400 lbs squating on the spotter arms and the entire stand was SOLID!| Review for: Rogue S-3 Squat StandAwesome
