Product Description

Transform your gym with the Rogue FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer– the ultimate training solution in a compact footprint. This versatile trainer features a full power rack, a vertically adjustable 2:1 functional trainer, and internally combines the 2:1 output from each of the two weight stacks for 250LB or 300LB of total possible load for the lat pulldown and low row. Designed with space efficiency in mind, the FM-6 Twin allows you to maximize your workout space without compromising on functionality.

This is also available as a more compact Half Rack option:  Rogue FM-HR Twin Functional Trainer

INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION

The patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and internally combines the 2:1 output from each of the two weight stacks for 250LB or 300LB total possible load for the lat pulldown and low row. This configuration also allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and trolleys without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner. Independent weight sources allow the two front trolleys to be set independently, allowing for more versatility in multiple station training.

COMPACT FOOTPRINT

The compact footprint of the Rogue FM-6 Functional Trainer line has been further minimized. By positioning the weight sources on the side of the rack, the overall depth has been reduced, extending only 3.5” behind the back of the rack.

OVERBUILT BY DESIGN

As with all Rogue products, the FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the 3/16" US Made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds are optional to enclose moving parts.

EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY

Vertical adjustment of the trolleys is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers. Swiveling pulleys guarantee the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform single or double arm movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.

BUILT ON THE RM-6 MONSTER RACK 2.0

The RM-6 is a fully customizable Monster Rack utilizing 3x3" 11-gauge steel tubing, over-sized 1" hardware, and a bolt-together design for easier portability and affordable shipping. The 2.0 version includes a wide spectrum of custom color options, laser-cut pin position numbers on the uprights and bottom crossmembers, and a keyhole pattern on the sides of each upright—creating compatibility with more add-ons and attachments.

Important: This rack must be bolted to the floor before use.

KEY FEATURES OF THE ROGUE FM-6 TWin FUNCTIONAL TRAINER:

Power Rack/Functional Trainer/Lat Pulldown/Low Row in One

Fully functional power rack with 2:1 functional trainer and internally combined 2:1 output from each of the two weight stacks for 250LB or 300LB of total possible load for the lat pulldown and low row. With the addition of a second weight stack on the Rogue FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer, you have the ability for two users to work at the same time on the adjustable pulleys, performing completely different movements.

300 LB load with standard attachments

Our pulley configuration allows the use of standard attachments for the lat pulldown and low row while providing a full 250LB or 300LB of resistance. Many other products require specialized attachments with multiple attachment points to achieve the same resistance.

Fully Functional Power Rack

Even with all the added capabilities, a fully functional power rack stands at the core. You can lift in the rack with multiple safety options as well as off the front of the rack.

CONSOLIDATED FOOTPRINT

Save on space with the dual weight stack design. By building the weight stacks into the frame of the rack, the pulley system extends only 3.5” behind the rack.

Summary of Reviews

Customers overwhelmingly praise the equipment for exceptional build quality, commercial-grade durability, and versatile functionality. Reviewers consistently describe it as top-tier and overbuilt, with smooth cable systems rivaling professional gyms. The versatility enables a full range of exercises without additional equipment. However, assembly requires eight to nine hours and often needs two people, with some noting the manual lacks clarity on cable routing and trolley adjustments. A small number report minor mechanical issues like trolley cable slack or heavy trolleys difficult to move. Despite these drawbacks, most consider it an outstanding investment for serious home gym enthusiasts.

Amazing
Comes shipped in small manageable boxes, had to carry into the basement so this made life easier. Directions were well written, had to look for the back connection of the low row for a while until I found it in the box with the vertical post which is a few steps ahead. Also looked for the shroud connector for a while, until I looked ahead and it said that piece wouldn’t be included without the shroud. Install took about 6 hours but was overall easy. Trainer is super well made, lat and low row are smooth, trolleys are on the heavy side, but move very smooth. Recommend getting the leg roller with the rack. One sandwich J cup is alittle tight, but sandpaper should fix that. The band pegs, lat bar, and row attachments are very high quality

Doesn't get better than this
I have delivered and built almost every piece of equipment available in the fitness industry. After 10 years I have just about seen it all. Nothing beats Rogue's build quality and functionality in my opinion. Not to mention the outstanding customer service. I was eyeing this piece for a while and glad I bit the bullet. Truly an outstanding all in one gym. Aside from maybe a cable replacement 20 years down the road, I would say I'm set for life. Would give 6 stars if I could. If your looking for the final boss of home gym's, this is the one!

Great features at a Great Cost!
I bought this rack over a month ago and feel that it is a solid home-gym choice but there are some downsides. I have been working out for over 20 years in multiple gyms across the globe, and this thing epitomizes what is needed for a great workout. Bottom line up front for those that are wondering if they can pull this off: My basement ceiling height is at 93.75 inches from my 3/4" horse stall mats (94.5" from carpet), and I was able to assemble with no issues (the only close fit was the was my last weight stack and pulley that has to slide over the bar stocks...i had to slide it across my ceiling and thought I would punch a hole but didn't). Speaking of carpet, I have not seen many discussions on whether you can put horse stall mats on carpet but let me assure you that you can. I have done it in 3 different builds, and you should be good if you distribute weight evenly across different mats. You can certainly build it by yourself with proper mitigations (i.e. assemble out of order and leaning stuff on braces), but there will be two or three areas where you will need someone else to hold something or put a bolt in for sure! The height of your gym will depend on your available space, but do yourself a favor, DON'T go with an 80" rack unless you absolutely need to. The taller rack is the way to go! Below is the good and bad. The good: It is built like a tank! The steel is solid, the bolts are solid, the accessories are solid! There is not another system I have used at home that matches the build. The pulley systems are like butter, and the cage holds up very well against the constant abuse I put it through every day. The bad: 1. Rogue needs to do better at instructions. I've seen better instructions from a temu product written by someone that doesn't speak English. There are several points in the instructions that mislead or DO NOT direct you to pay attention to a specific placement of a part. The video they have is also useless since it goes quickly with bad background music vs step by step instruction. 2. Rogue's choice of hardware is amazing as stated above, but if you don't have the tools in your garage to use a ratchet, you will be stuck using their wrenches cut out on a waterjet out of steel...and believe me, I have every tool in my garage except for sizes of bolts that are used in major steel building construction! Hand jamming all of these bolts was bad! 3. Despite their ability to survive a nuclear blast, the pully arms trolleys are a terrible design and choice! They are super heavy to move up and down for my wife and daughter and will pinch your fingers if you have them in the wrong spot due to the "two" pull systems to unlock. You need two hands to move it! 4. The accessories are way over the top in weight! The pull up bar is heavy and can fall on your head if there is no weight on the weight stacks. Why design it to be that way? 5. There are several areas where these huge bolts are bolting down these massive beams...then there are times when they use these wimpy bolts that are 70% smaller than the hole and are just attaching by the grace of God. I don't understand it from a safety perspective! 6. The weight stack bars are loose at the top of the gym and not sure why, but I guess it saves money not having to attach another bolt to secure everything at the top! 7. Rogue not adding other accessories for the price is a travesty. I don't need them since I own them, but for those that are barely starting their home gym, this will put you in a pinch to buy more stuff. 8. I added several things to my build thinking it would be ideal, but here are my deletions if I could do it again...I would delete the lat bar, low pull handle, the safety spotter arms, and the extra weight stack (seriously, it is a ton of weight that you may or may not need). The spotter arms are heavy and are an overkill! The low pull handle is an overkill! The lat bar is too heavy and a safety hazard! 9. The total time I spent putting this thing together is my number one, but I added at the end to emphasize it! I did it solo and had to maneuver certain parts and skip steps and come back to them due to lower ceiling heights. It took me 2 weeks! However, I was not working on it every day and was not working on it for more than an hour after work. I spent two straight days where I pulled 4 hours of assembly time, but that was the longest time I did in one day. I am going to hate disassembly when I move and may just throw it into the home's prices! If I could do it again, I would ask my builder to build my basement height to at least 100"! Seriously though, taller ceilings give you more options when building a home gym. I was going to try a Rep rack since I preferred easier trolley systems but did not want to settle for an 80" rack since their next rack is 93". If you have space then go for a system that gives you the best bang for your buck since Rogue systems are very, very, very pricey! I had a REP system in my cart and added a bench, plates, bars and other accessories for under the price of a Rogue rack. If you don't need the bulkiness of this system, and are just wanting a home gym pump, then don't overdo it on costs and go with a cheaper rack. Overall, I still believe the Rogue rack is the best option for anyone that is seriously going to use and abuse your setup. I have been using Rogue products for years, but don't recommend it to colleagues and friends due to the higher prices. I also don't like that they don't offer military discounts and "claim" it's because they sell to mostly military. I highly doubt that they sell their stuff to mostly military due to two reasons, I have been to multiple base gyms and they can't afford to outfit gyms in Rogue so there is barely any Rogue stuff, and two, the military makes up 9% of our US population, and would be hard to keep the lights on just selling to that 9% (not to mention of that 9%, over 3/4 of them are junior members that can barely afford groceries). But the other reason that I don't go around telling people that I have Rogue is kind of the same thing someone wouldn't go around saying they drive a Porshe or own a million dollar home...you are at the towards the top of the product lines for home gym costs (not including people that can afford every piece of equipment), but I do not like to brag that I own a Rogue. That is what Rogue represents when it shouldn’t be. Yes, I own and love my Rogue, but many of my fellow cross-fitters, weightlifters and co-workers don't have the cash for a Rogue, and I don't want to offend them in any way. Again, despite all of that, I still think this rack is solid and would probably buy again with some changes in my order. I highly recommend this rack to those that are willing to work out hardcore, and have the money to spend, otherwise, there are better options at a cheaper cost.

awesome all in one gym
awesome rack, awesome functional trainer. Cables are super smooth! Rack is very stout, overbuilt and will easily last a lifetime. The powder coating is excellent, and the colour looks amazing in my garage gym. I'm very pleased with my purchase

Took about 2 days to put together and you will need a 2-man team. You can build a small home with all the boxes it comes in so be prepared to fill up your garage. Overall, the product is very nice and looking forward to using it.

Rouge FM-6 Twin Functional Trainer
Love the Twin Functional Trainer. The 100"/30" option was the way to go for someone that is 6'4". Very sturdy and was fairly easy to put together, took me about 9 hours by myself. I did have the wife help me hold the uprights when connecting the two sides.

The best out there!
It doesn’t get any better. I’ve had mine for 9 months and use it religiously. Very well built and heavy duty. Was torn between the Rogue FM-6 and REP. So glad I went with the Rouge. Seen the REP first hand after I bought the Rouge and the REP doesn’t even compare.
