Minor issues in finishing/QC-
Just received my 16" knurled & 16" smooth Mobility WOD sticks. Very cool & I'll be using them daily. The finishing/QC on the knurled stick could be better. On one end the knurling wasn't fully machined out and on the other the radius doesn't terminate smoothly as on the other.

Top 3 fascia tool
I'm obsessed with fascia tools of all shapes and sizes, and this has quickly become a top tool. In particular the 16" knurled which is a good size. Super versatile. Great on neck, calves, inside thighs, etc. - can be used to warm the superficial fascia, or deep in a 1" groove. Awesome. And really high quality

Just received
Just got the MobilityWod stick and with the first press into my traps, a small metal pin maybe 2-3 mm long (left behind from manufacturing) punched through the cheap rogue sticker and into my skin. I tore the sticker off and used a metal file to bring down the tiny pin and now it is fine to use but has ugly ends dues to the metal file leaving marks.
Happy I used it on myself before trying it on someone else first.
Still feels great in hands and while working out tight muscles.

great addition to the tool kit
I have used the 16"knurled a hundred times allready to improve hip and quad mobility. I like that you can use force on it and dig inside the separations of the tigh muscle (Adductors, Rectus fermoris, Sartorieus etc.) and inside the psoas as well. It has helped me tremendously.

Upper tigh, hip and groin digger
I bought a smal stick. I have found some tremendous help in upper thigh where nothing could enter deep in between the muscles.
Just a tad bit of coconut oil and use it as a deep tissue massager pressurer and move and contract around. My ostheopath felt I did a good job feeling the result. Now I can move and stretch more effeciently around the psoas / rectus femoris area. I would recommand getting one together with the other tools you need.

great tool...needs slight modification
I got the 30 inch stick and loved it so much that I ordered the 16 inch smooth one. The only problem I have is that you show in video the ends being pressed into muscle which would be great EXCEPT both mine have dimples which I'm sure I can remove but it should be smooth.

Rugged therapy tool
I wanted a therapy apparatus that would go deeper than a foam roller and this little guy does the trick. I’ve used pipes and sticks but this compact rod is much more refined. It’s solid and heavy with smooth, rounded ends perfect for acupressure. It’s comfortable in the hand and familiar—like a section of barbell. The knurling along the bar grips so you can pull and move tissue. Plus it looks cool so visitors say “what’s that?” instead of “why do you have a pipe in your living room?”
