AbMat Landmine Grip

The patent-pending Landmine Grip from AbMat is designed to slide onto the end of any standard Olympic barbell, providing a firm, comfortable grip for landmine exercises and more.

Manufactured in the USA, the lightweight and portable Landmine Grip utilizes AbMat’s space-age, proprietary foam blend in a solid one-piece construction. Along with protecting both the bar and the user’s hand during landmine squats, presses, rows, etc., the grip’s versatility makes it a useful accessory for attaching to sled posts, as well, or for use with some forms of body tempering rollers. 

The attachment covers roughly 7” of a barbell and expands its outside diameter from 2” to 2.6”. The design was co-developed by the AbMat team and former football player and Breath Belt inventor Jesse Ohliger. To see more AbMat products available from Rogue, check out the latest inventory here.
