Who knew this small ball could be so effective at relaxing muscles. I use the wall and not the floor. It doesn’t damage the drywall at all. It even hits a tender spots that you didn’t know needed attention. A must have massage tool.

This is the only thing I have found that will dig into my hams.

I got the 7" Orb as a gift and didn't expect it to be anything substantial. I was wrong! the Rumble Roller and The Grid are excellent for what they do AND the new Supernova is fantastic! However, they can't get into the front hip flexors like this thing can! That reveiw above mine (by Brock in HK) is spot on, too! This thing acts like a foam roller, in that it compresses only about 1/4". But, where it shines is in getting pin point areas that are hard to reach. Another area the Supernova can't quite get to is the junction between the glutes and hams: again, that's where this thing excells. Now all they need to come out with is a 7" Supernova! Worth the $$

5" Orb working like a charm to take away adhesions. Better at pinpointing where pressure should go than a roller of the same size - really gets between muscles to separate adhesions. A bit of give like a foam roller so more massage or pressure feel as compared to the bite of a lacrosse ball. Also easier to maneuver into specific spots and drive the pressure with bodyweight than a lacrosse ball because the bigger size gets my leg further off the floor when rolling quads and hamstrings. Also exceptionally good at hitting the front of hips / psoas for release because of the size. Highly recommended!
