FAST AND RELIABLE
The Toomey SR-1S 3.0 includes 6.5" tapered handles made from a reinforced nylon resin for maximum durability and minimal weight. Four high-speed cartridge bearings and precision-machined aluminum heads work together to deliver a smooth, frictionless spin—providing dependable speed and control whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or on the competition floor. A knurled texture through the upper handle ensures a firm, consistent grip during fast-paced workouts.
EASY CUSTOMIZATION
Each rope comes with a customizable 10’ dark gray, 3/32” polyurethane speed cable, designed for flexibility, speed, and long-term resilience against coiling or wear. Each handle features an integrated 2MM adjustment key built into the base, making cable length changes fast and tool-free.
