Rogue RR Training Plates are made from recycled crumb rubber and feature brightly colored fleck that corresponds to the plate’s weight, making them easily identifiable in a crowded gym space. The weight measurement and the Rogue logo are also embossed on both sides of each plate.
The RR Plates are available as a pair or in a variety of expanded sets from 90 KG up to 150 KG.
RR Plate Sizes
- 5KG - White Fleck - 31mm
- 10KG - Green Fleck - 50mm
- 15KG - Yellow Fleck - 65mm
- 20KG - Blue Fleck - 80mm
- 25KG - Red Fleck - 98mm
The plate width tolerance on the RR’s is +/- 2mm, and the standard durometer is 75, ensuring a consistent, minimal bounce.
Please Note: As with most crumb rubber plates, this manufacturing process can sometimes create minor aesthetic imperfections, but quality plates should be all about performance, not winning beauty pageants.
