Rogue Wrist Roller
The Rogue Wrist Roller is a forearm and grip strength training tool that goes beyond traditional wrist curls.
The Wrist Roller is manufactured from quality steel with 2” diameter, 6" handles and a durable 58.5” nylon strap and carabiner. For set-up, the user should place the Roller at shoulder level, either hooking the lower end of the strap through a kettlebell or using a loading pin to add their desired weight in plates. Carefully rotating the Wrist Roller's handles forward or backward will raise and lower the attached weight incrementally, creating a dynamic type of flexion and extension movement ideal for building stronger forearms. This handheld wrist roller can work different muscle groups—particularly the shoulders—since the user will have to also hold and stabilize the roller in front of them.

Summary of Reviews
This product is a high-quality, heavy-duty piece of equipment that provides an excellent forearm and grip strength workout. It is praised for its sturdy construction and challenging, effective handles that work the forearms. The wrist roller is versatile, allowing users to work both sides of the wrists and forearms. Some reviewers recommend the rack-mounted version for use with heavier weights, though others note the strap attachment can cause uneven resistance and the handles can be slippery when wet. Overall, this product is widely regarded as an outstanding option for building forearm and grip strength.
