Joe walks us through his new and improved garage gym in Phoenix, Arizona—a massive upgrade from his original two-car garage setup. The new space is a 45×40-foot, 1,800-square-foot double RV garage, opening the door to more equipment, more training variety, and full-scale movement. The gym now includes a dedicated recovery zone with a high-heat traditional sauna and cold tub for contrast therapy, plus a cardio lineup anchored by the Rogue Echo Bike, Echo Rower, and Runner. With the added square footage, the gym finally supports full rope climbs, wall balls, and multiple athletes training at once.
