New Design, Greater Rigidity
We've extended the gusset that is below each arm for improved strength and resistance to bending from heavy drops. This gusset is made from 0.1875" thick laser-cut steel and features a laser-cut Rogue logo. The clasp that hooks to the upright has also been extended—to 6"— and is made from 0.375" thick laser clasp and 3x3" 11-gauge steel.
Protective UHMW Plastic + Face-Saver Component
Monster Spotter Arms include UHMW plastic liners to help prevent wear and tear on dropped barbells, as well as UHMW plastic within the clasp itself to protect the user’s uprights. A brand new "Face Saver" UHMW piece has also been to added to the top of each arm. Positioned flush against the upright and angled downward, this safety feature is designed to force the barbell away from the user’s face in the event of a failed lift (when bench pressing).

All of our Monster Spotter Arms are proudly manufactured in the USA, using 3x3” 11-gauge steel with 1" hardware. The arms extend 2 feet from the uprights and feature laser-cut numbering, an MG Black powdercoat finish, and a lip on the end to prevent the dropped bar from rolling off. With the addition of an extended steel gusset and steel clasp, our Monster Spotter Arms 2.0 have been successfully tested to withstand bar drops loaded up to 800LB.

Easy Set-Up and Adjustments
The Spotter Arm system includes (2) 1" detent pins, enabling the user to quickly adjust and secure the arms into an existing Monster rack or rig at their preferred height. This is especially convenient for larger training facilities, where multiple athletes may need to utilize the arms, and a quick takedown/set-up is vital.
